Please be aware that all Blanca Flor merchandise purchased online must be shipped directly back to Blanca Flor, and cannot be returned in person at any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in one of our retail stores. Items bought in store must be returned to a Blanca Flor retail shop.

BlancaFlorSilverJewelry.com will accept items for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

A Return Authorization # MUST be obtained before exchanging any item(s). To receive your RA #, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to returns@blancaflorsilverjewelry.com or call us at 410.268.7666. Please write the RA # and reason for return on the packing slip sent with the original package and include it in your return package. For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. Blanca Flor is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

WHAT IS BLANCA FLOR'S EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size, length or style. Blanca Flor will charge you any difference in price for the new merchandise or issue a store credit if the exchange is less than the original price. All customers will be charged a $5 shipping fee for any items being exchanged. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.

WHAT IF THE MERCHANDISE I ORDERED WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT?

In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your damaged package. 

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
