SHIPPING & PROCESSING GUIDELINES

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders shipped within the United States are charged a flat rate fee depending on which area you are shipping to. orders are shipped by USPS. Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day. 

A member of the Blanca Flor customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock, if there will be any additional delays, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

We are not currently set up to ship internationally but if you have a specific request please email us at contact@blancaflorsilverjewelry.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

The package will be subject to international shipping rates. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments from Blanca Flor, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blanca Flor.

PRIVACY

Blanca Flor takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
